Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled. If an order needs to be edited, please reach out to us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate you. However, changes can not be guaranteed. 


Pickup is available for Jacksonville, Fl. 

Orders can take up to 24 hours to process. Most orders are available same day, however, this is not guaranteed. 

Pickup is available on the Northside of Jacksonville, near Dunn Avenue. The exact details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has processed and is ready to be picked up. 

Pickup is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays only. Pickup times are 12-5:30 pm. 

Orders must be picked up by the 7th business day from the time the Ready For Pickup email is sent. Business days are Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please make sure to check your spam folder in your email also. On business day 10, pending orders are cancelled and refunded (minus a 30% restocking fee). No reminder emails will be sent. 

Please choose the "RESHIP MY ORDER" option on the website to have your order shipped instead. If your address needs to be updated, please email us and let us know ASAP.

As of March 2020, all exchanges have temporarily paused until further notice. There are no refunds.


Customers will receive tracking information after the order has processed and is ready to ship. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the email address used to complete the order. Please verify email address at checkout. 

Shop For Keeps is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim. 

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If not reported in that time frame, credit may not be issued. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
