How Are Orders Shipped?
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is FREE for orders $75.
How Soon Will I Receive My Order?
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Orders typically take 2-3 days to be delivered, however, this is only an estimate and can not be guaranteed. Orders can be delayed due to bad weather or holidays.
Where Is My Tracking Information?
Customers will receive tracking information after the order has processed and is ready to ship. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the email address used to complete order. Please verify email address at checkout.
My Package Says DELIVERED But I Have Not Received It
- Shop For Keeps is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Any lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
How Can I Place An Order For Local Pickup?
- If you are located in the Jacksonville, FL area and would like to place an order for local pickup, please choose Local Pickup at checkout. If you are NOT in the Jacksonville, FL area and select local pickup, your order will automatically be cancelled.
What Happens If I Pay For Shipping But Want To Pick Up My Order Instead?
- Orders with paid shipping, are automatically shipped. Shipping charges can not be reversed.
When Will My Order Be Ready For Pickup?
- Most orders are ready within 1 hour. After your order has PROCESSED, you will receive an email with details for pickup. Pickup is available on the Northside of Jacksonville, near Dunn Avenue. The exact address for pickup will be emailed as soon as your order is ready. Orders placed within an hour before closing will process the next business day. Customers may check the status of their order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or texting (904) 580 - 9960.
What Days Are Pickup Available?
- Pickup is available Tuesday - Thursday from 11 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 11 am - 5 pm and Saturday 11 am -3 pm. Local pickup is not available on Sunday or Monday. Please have all orders picked up within 7 business days. I reserve the right to cancel orders pending pickup for 8 days or more. Please text (904) 580-9960 when you are on the way.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Due to COVID-19, all exchanges have temporarily paused until further notice. There are no refunds.
What Happens If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If not reported within that time frame, credit may not be issued. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Can I Cancel An Order?
Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled.
When Can I Expect My Refund?
If a refund is issued because of a mistake on our part, you can expect your money to arrive in 3-5 business days. Please follow up with your bank for more information.
